The Rise Up Village Bakery’s  mission is to provide job skills training and to offer support and guidance to individuals who have been involved with the criminal justice system. Their goal for the graduates is that they will secure employment and be successful, productive members of our community.

The Rise Up Village Bakery is operated by volunteers. Their products include breads, rolls, muffins, and cookies. Weekly “menus” are sent to those on our email list and orders are placed online. 

Currently they bake on Mondays and Tuesdays in New Covenant’s kitchen. Please contact Marty McCormick if you are interested in volunteering or would like information about their “catering” program.
